Shipping & Postage – PostNord
All orders are shipped from Sweden via PostNord.
Normal delivery time is approximately 10 days, although international deliveries may take longer depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Note: Due to current shipping constraints, we are temporarily not accepting orders destined for the United States. Apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

For standard returns due to a change of mind:
- The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- The product must be handled with reasonable care and returned in appropriate condition
- Returns must be approved by us before being sent back
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
If an item is defective or damaged, your statutory consumer rights regarding defective goods apply. Please contact us and we will assist you.

Payments are processed through secure payment solutions used by Shopify and our payment providers.
Damages, Losses & Delivery Issues
We carefully pack all orders before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, something is missing, or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
If tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will help investigate the delivery with the carrier.
We remain responsible for the goods to the extent required by applicable consumer law and cannot exclude statutory consumer rights.
Duties, Import Taxes & VAT
All orders are shipped from Sweden.
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Any charges imposed by customs or authorities in the destination country may be the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot guarantee that a shipment will clear customs without delay or additional charges.
If you are unsure about possible import costs, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Local Laws & Import Restrictions
Customers are responsible for knowing the import laws and restrictions applicable in their country.
If a product cannot legally be imported into your country, we cannot guarantee delivery.
